Have you found mailers or phone calls to be more successful?

You get a phone call from an out of state attorney who informs you that a long lost relative has passed away.

I also met a great GC through her network of people, one just by google search and a phone conversation and another from a local property inspector.

This tenant thinks he has 30 days, and hung up on me today, wouldn't take my phone calls after that. 

Management can literally be done remotely with access to a computer and a cell phone......We have 49 large units being built and they have 12 month leases and we anticipate them to be fully occupied quickly.

INSTEAD we ended up spending HOURS on the phone with EVOLVE over multiple failures to deliver, incidents with destructive rowdy underaged guests, and now EXTORTED FEES for cutting bait.

I'd pick up the phone and call a few. 

For me, it's population growth, business attraction, infrastructure growth--not 4 phone calls in 2 days versus 1 a month.

With that said- if there are no scores reporting, you can still qualify with showing a few alternative trade-lines; such as cell phone bill, utility bill, car insurance bill, etc. 

I actually don't like middleman banks almost as much as I don't like middleman property managers. lolIn this day in age, I should be able to have access to my money whenever I want, without jumping through hoops: two-factor authentication, giving my SSN, DOB, address, verifying over the phone, etc.
