As harsh as it is, it’s amateurs with a budget.

and if this lady would have got with some one else to sell the lot early on ( she was going to get foreclosed out in a matter of 10 days or so) she probably could have gotten 230 to 250k for it from a builder.. but it was amateur hour and these guys in the middle were just trying to make too much and they backed themselves in a corner. but there was NO WAY no how I was going to buy that and be a party to someone ripping 100% profit from this lady.. its just not the right thing to do morally in my mind.. 

In my experience, most of the people using this technique are amateurs that will not stick with it long-term.

California has a good amount of solid recruits which of course usually stay in state, hence the success of USC and others in state.SEC fans rarely share any agreements with PAC-12 fans, but hopefully we can all agree that it is nice to see Boise State out of the picture and not have to listen to the nonsense how that amateur hour football program belongs in a BCS Champ game for beating 11 high school teams.

I also couldn't agree more about the clowns on TV who are either amateurs, or flaunt bad business practices and poor quality of work, to get the job done.
