I think that is very evident as there are thread after thread about wholesaling on BP and whether you can do it without a license etc  this activity already exists.Then you take the busy professional they don't have the time or the hard working Truck driver how is he going to sell his home when he is on the road or the airline pilot who is on a 6 day trip half way around the world how is he going to sell his home.

If they have not been pee in ducts just vacuum them as far as your vacuum can reach near the end of the project and they will be fine.Good luck

I like to plan for worst case scenarios...so even talking about buying for appreciation scares me...as long as you place a vacuum around a few larger cities that it works for almost always.

I have gotten the urine smell out of my carpet both from a dog and cat with baking soda you take a bowl and fill it about halfway with baking soda , then add water to make it a paste like texture , rub it on the stain and let it sit for about 4-6 hours and afterward vacuum it up , then you can take some febreeze with pet oder and spray the whole carpet with it, that is what I did try it and let me know how it go's, then if you want to clean the rest of the carpet buy you a carpet cleaner from walmart that you can use over and over again pretty cheap.
