@Shane H.When I was a freshman in college I joined the campus radio station, there was a series of broadcasts (not mine) targeted at the university president... needless to say, there was a mandatory meeting for all on-air personalities called.. the facility advisor opened by saying somthing along the lines of “everyone has a righ to free speech, that being said, the average cost to defend a defamation lawsuit in the US is 300k (circa 2001), the station is not responsible for your speech, are you ready?”

Furthermore, it will fund some critical therapy (speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, respite care, etc) for autistic children of families who don't have the means. 

Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to pretty much do whatever we want within the confines of the law.

We were tossed all kinds of numbers for replacing all the roofs, removing roof trusses, etc.

And it's not business as usual to raise rents every year and if you think the tenants are buying that speech, you're wrong.

Listening to motivational speeches is helping with that a ton.

Newer homes that have trusses for their roof systems are also a concern.
