Of course there is another piece of the puzzle you aren't telling us - what is your strategy?

It puzzles me how lawyers and others think one has to be a lawyer to understand this stuff. 

I think master subleasing could be a piece of the puzzle, but I personally wouldn't make it my focus.

I have the following areas covered:Contractor and all subsReal Estate AttorneyMLO Realtors (several top ones)MarketingAccounting and FinanceAs you can see I have all the puzzle pieces minus the up front cash. what I hope to find from family, friends, and possibly even on here is some good dependable people willing to forge a relationship and partnership in the REI business through private lending.

Once you know that part - it is easier to put the puzzle pieces into place.

The original thrust of this post puzzles me for a few reasons:From a practical perspective, how did you expect people to answer your question?
