Is there an easy way to see where people are staying other than checking the prices on VRBO or paying for some subscription software? 

I am looking for some advice on which software is best for self storage properties.

I was going to create an Excel spreadsheet but now I’m wondering if there is a software system I can use, or is this something Quickbooks would be good for?

I’m exploring the idea of using one of the vacation rental software systems with my Airbnbs.

I'd like to add up to 10 properties to my management portfolio in the next 12-18 months.I don't use any mgmt software for dynamic pricing because its not available in my area yet (through Beyond Pricing) but it could be for properties closer to Austin/San Antonio. 

For our planning clients we use software where you can link all of your accounts and manually enter too, and so it operates initially like Mint but goes way further with great analysis in all core areas, particularly taxes.
