Hi @James GreenYou should rent a dehumidifier for a few days and get the moisture out of the air.Also, seal off the basement doorway with plastic so there's no way for potential mold affect your tenants.And finally, this is going to happen again, you want to solve the issue.Best to you.

I had some minor surgery this morning and I am on pain meds, I have to train a guy the rest of the week also.  

If it was simple, like owning a Kool Aid stand, every kid in town would be doing it or everyone would be trying to do brain surgery.

I'm currently on a leave of absence from work trying to recover from a surgery, however I'm using this time to set myself up for success.
