Small HELOC (or any loan) for LLCs

My LLC owns 3 houses with no mortgages or loans. I do have credit card debt. I began to have eye problems and had surgery. Now, I'm limited to part time on my W2 job. I'd like to use equity in one of my houses to get a loan and pay off those credit cards. I've called all the local banks and credit unions, and have been told my part time W2 is not enough to qualify for an unsecured loan, and they won't do an equity loan for an LLC. I know there has got to be a bank somewhere that will give me a loan using equity in one of my houses. The only ones that I've found that do have a larger minimum than I need (I only want to borrow about $20,000). Also, the houses are not huge expensive houses. So, the ones that required a minimum $100,000 in equity won't work, because even though my local market has increased, I doubt any one of them is worth that much. Does anyone have any suggested where I should try?
