OrA mixture of both?

A strong stock portfolio might contain a good mixture of blue chips that bring in dividends and tend to be viewed as a more conservative investment vehicle and some tech or bio stocks that are generally viewed as more risky, but which can bring in strong capital gains under the right conditions.

I wouldn't say that I specialize in real estate now, as you desired, but as a fellow RE Investor, I do manage my own real estate investment company (Nickel City Ventures LLC) and have a handful of other real estate investors (mixture of flippers and Schedule E rentals) that are among my clients now. 

In other words is it a MM of your Peer group or a big mixture ? 

Hi All -I use a mixture of craigslist and talking to local property managers to discover how much I can rent my investments out for, but was wondering what other sources do other investors use? 

I currently have 5 rentals (mixture of houses and condo's) and am looking to get into some bigger type deals.  

well im new to the real estate,an what i plane to do i hope is find a lot of notes an make some money so my wife can stop working .an i can get my own house an save some money for my twins.it is 1 thing i don't want my kids to strugle like i have.but for me im from alabama an i neet my wife on the intrnet in 99.we talk on the phone an on the internet so after a while,so i jumped on the dog am came to corn an cow country.that was in 2000 an i got married had twins taylor&jordan.an so here i am seen on tv about buying an selling notes in cash flow.so is what i was told i need to find notes between 2 ppl.so i tried for a bit an gave up didnt know what i was doing so about 8mo later im trying again.the guy i rent from now is in the same thing im doing an told my wife it was a great thing to get in,when he got time he would stop in an show me how to find notes an where to look.really i have sat at this computer an looke an looked an rteally im lost but not giving up this time.i think if i find that 1st note an sell it things well change.so thats my story an im sticking to it.but really could use a good bird dog lol to point for me have a good day all thanks for the help

They are 4-5 bedrooms , higher end appliances , granite, with a mixture of wood floors/carpet and linoleum in most baths.

If anything, find a mixture of branded and keywords domains, don't go pure keyword or exact match.
