New Member: Real Estate Investor in Houston, Texas

Hi BP community,

My name is Anuj and I am a new member to BP.  I have been real estate investing for a bit of time now.  My family has been into it for many years in the foreclosure thing.  I currently have 5 rentals (mixture of houses and condo's) and am looking to get into some bigger type deals.  Specifically, I want to look into multi-family and commercial strip center type of properties.  I have come to realize that I need partners to get to that level of property ownership and that is my reason for branching out here. 

I work as an accountant and have been to law school as well.  I use a lot of my legal education in my real estate deals.  

I would love to meet some new people who are acquainted with multi-family and commercial real estate to get their opinions and understand how they got started in those type of deals.
