@Logan OliverHonestly, I just use MS Excel.

The only exception is in some states such as Mississippi where the lot rents are $75 per month and there's no money in the industry outside of renting the homes. 

@Allison Stewart if that worried about it one can use the same fields build the exact same structure in MS Word and just remove the header stating TAR and must be agent part...you could even just copy it into paint and remove the header and that would suffice.

Sounds like some kind of new stoner's underwear line :D  as for buying new construction for rentals if they work out on paper I certainly like those better than old tired beat up houses.I bought 13 new ones in Mississippi primarily for the go zone tax bene's but they were bullit proof.. brick houses I had them put in scored concrete floors.. had the builder include blinds and fencing and mail box in the purchase price EASY to rent since they were in nice new areas..

One guy who moved in after the husband moved out looks like an MS-13 gang member with tattoos all over his face..tear drop tat under his eye and all.
