I am interested in being a commercial real estate investor but I have some problems with it.I am trying to become a commercial real estate investor, and I do have tremendous family support.

I'm originally from RI, but moved to Texas 12 years ago and there is tremendous growth here in Texas as well as large land mass and I am sure that I can benefit from that.

Brand name has helped me tremendously in buying homes from the MLS that are estate homes.

In high dollar areas that have consistent demand, appreciation can be tremendous on the right deals.

There is a lot of moving parts and alot of "snake in the grass" type of risks that inexperienced people get can get bit by.I think joint venturing with an experienced developer is a tremendous way to get started.  

It is a tremendous help and motivation to see others who are realizing their dream.

Nashville is growing and the city is planning on tremendous growth for the next 20 years.

Tax Sales are the most hazardous way to buy real estate and the rules vary tremendously from state to state and sometimes even county to county.I was just at a real estate conference, and somebody there said that he had never heard of any tax sale anywhere, where all liens were NOT wiped out by the sale.I said, "Obviously you've never heard of Pennsylvania!"
