The buyer makes payments to you, and you continue paying your original lender, profiting off the interest rate spread.However, this does come with risks, mainly the due-on-sale clause, which allows the lender to call the loan due upon transfer.

He dismissed SB1079 as impractical and not worth the investment, mainly due to the lack of a centralized system for tracking auction dates.Despite this, I still believe SB1079 has great potential, and I would love to learn more about how it can be applied effectively.

With rental increases I could prob pay off my mortgage in 5/6 years which would net me 4K.
