Are the leases even valid, if they are not signed by you or your property manager? 

I totally do not want this, I have other obligations and things I need to do.Right now she is complaining about a new tenant I just signed, a single younger man who is in a studio apartment.   

For example: 50 years ago a brother and sister sell a property BUT ONLY the broker signs the deed at closing.

How can I be sure she will stick with a lease she signed.  

I was told from a rep that if I could get someone to sign a lease agreement for about $3,200 - $3,600 per unit, I would qualify.

You can do things like request updated tenant information, new signed leases that kick in at close of escrow, rekey or get key copies, estoppel agreements (outlining the deposits held by the selling owner),  etc.  

For my investor-sellers, I ask if they want to sign up front not to send them offers under a certain price or terms like seller financing or open-assignable.

If its your primary residence be ready to sign a PG and jump through a few extra hoops with your lender.

Each owner would sign the Agreement as part of their purchase.
