Is it fascinating how social media plays a pivotal role in our everyday lives and social media hasn't been around for that long?!!! 

I work in Greece so I know that area a little, but not to comfortable within the city.

I have always been fascinated with starting some sort of business and have several failures already under my belt.

@Christine LangI really had no concrete conception of money as power until the country of Greece went under in 2010, and even then the lesson wasn't really rammed home until 2015.Imagine you lived in a cash economy where very few transactions were completed using credit cards, bank cards, or personal checks.

@Diego Aguillonby no means, we just bought an auction property and are in the middle of rehab, im not fixated on this one but find the math on this one fascinating - did you read the calculation of the deal if it was 24% BELOW market instead?

The contractor ended up with full title to the skeleton at a pittance of the cost of building it, and only then sold the condo units to local buyers and finished it.I'm not saying that's what it is but I would count my fingers after shaking hands with any Greek and I would not go ahead with this deal unless I had blood kin in Greece checking up on this personally.Full disclosure: I am Greek and lived in Greece from 2000-2007.
