I had been an attorney for many years, I had many friends who are licensed brokers working around the clock like me, I have even had clients who ado buy, fox and flip like many people on this site but my financial life changed only when I figured out that there are some very successful fund managers out there who would be willing to coach me if I can make it profitable for them to do so beyond the $25k or $30k I would pay them.

I would hold off on Marist student housing for now; Fox Run @ Fulton is building their phase 2 and will be leasing summer 2017; not sure how many more beds with this project.I do noticed on CL that houses that used to charge Marist students average $700 per room not including utilities; these days I am seeing $500 all inclusive.
