I am 58 yr female & seeking financial freedom for myself and leaving a legacy for my grandsons/family. 

My biggest fear is doing it on my own and people taking advantage of me because I am a female.

I have found that a lot of times the last name of the female is the maiden name.For example 2. if it says living trust I would address it like you have in 2b.

That is a lot different than male vs female or high vs a deep pitch. 

I'm the only one that went to college and the only female that doesn't strive to stay home.

Its a nice feeling of not being afraid of buying into a neighborhood like that.FYI: In bad areas, I dont go there at night (early morning is best), and I ALSO dont go alone...these are the same things I learned traveling as a female traveler in foriegn countries that I use in my bad area investing techniques.

Most likely he is an expert on whatever his perseverations are, and if you have a question about about his special interest,if he does not know the answer he will research it and tell you]Our 'weirdness" is why we are treated as "less than" to such an extent that for those of us who are Autistic, 95% of us [ both male and female] have been sexually abused [ being too weird to be human makes it okay to those who hurt us I assume] and we are 28 times more likely to attempt suicide. 

I used to have a female rehabber who worked for me.  

(ask the listing agent how many offers she got),  dude, juggle the ballz, play hard to get, just don't abuse people in need...If she is in a bad situation and you can afford to pay that extra 2G, don't be a male part starting with a D and just make her (because all sellers are female) day.

$25,000 in equity from what I figure.I would love to help the victim by either selling the house, wholesaling, lease to own or anything…Maybe I could have a female reach out but I don’t believe they should call a shelter.
