You need fat in the deal to make the numbers work.

Hi @Breanna CollinsThe answer is a big fat "NO!".

3 kitchens: The main 3/2 has a standard kitchen with an island, the In-law has a 10 foot kitchen running against the wall with a frig, sink, microwave and burner top.

How "fat" are they getting off the deal.

I actually completed my education for my RE license and got so busy I put the actual test on the back burner to focus on my wholesaling/flipping company.

So make sure all burners/features work, and especially that all knobs are there and nothing is broken.You haven't felt love for our government until you've failed a Section 8 inspection and are being threatened with cessation of rent payments, because of a cracked appliance knob 🤣 (one that wasn't cracked when the tenant moved in, to boot 😭).Also in my experience they pay extra attention to all window screens being present and not torn, ripped, etc.

I rarely if ever use 4 burners so this wouldn’t be a issue to me but it is for them.  

Sounds like a gas stove , clean the burner .

I wish I would have gotten in it in 2018/2019 when I had a nice, fat bank account... but alas, I did not :(So 2021 is here, and I used that nice, fat bank account to survive 2020.
