So make sure all burners/features work, and especially that all knobs are there and nothing is broken.You haven't felt love for our government until you've failed a Section 8 inspection and are being threatened with cessation of rent payments, because of a cracked appliance knob 🤣 (one that wasn't cracked when the tenant moved in, to boot 😭).Also in my experience they pay extra attention to all window screens being present and not torn, ripped, etc.

I wish I would have gotten in it in 2018/2019 when I had a nice, fat bank account... but alas, I did not :(So 2021 is here, and I used that nice, fat bank account to survive 2020.
