Right now, that landlord may choose to contribute their money to a charity that they choose rather than donate it to subsidize landlords that neglect the more important parts of the screening process.Theoretically, your idea works beautifully.

Aloha,Why not either trash them and charge the outgoing tenant's deposit for the cost of doing so, or, donate them to SA or other local agency for the write off?

If I feel charitable, I think I would rather donate to a good cause than rent to a person that has that type of credit score and detainer.
