I feel like I’m in the perfect position to start investing my money into real estate instead of stocks because it seems like the ROI with stocks is lower than with real estate.I’m close with my brothers and we’re all working and still living with our parents, so we don’t have much expenses.

I took an excel sheet I found online (from "Tactica") and tweaked it a bit to help track and compare different major cities/ different local cities by taking its population growth, labor stats, and rental stats/ multifamily stock to help someone visualize the different places and see where their next investment could be.

If you're dead-set on OOS REI, then I'd suggest studying up on the books, articles, forum posts, videos, etc. on the subject, and talking with as many OOS investors as possible (ESPECIALLY inexperienced investors who tried OOS REI for one of their first deals).
