Lots of events here in Houston, all of the ones mentioned In the thread are good, Noble Mortgage and Capital Concepts also have a few get togethers in the area, I am starting to think that Houston is the city with more real estate investors in North America.

I was listening to a man a few weeks ago on a webinar in an interview he did and he is now buying in Florida and he said that things around Toronto are twice as much than in America.  

When I ask for their requirements, it always sounds like I am talking to Bank of America or Wells Fargo and I am trying to pull a Fannie Mae loan.  

There are plenty of dying or stagnant small towns in America that, if you invest in you may never be able to get that money back out again.

I wouldn't be surprised if America's plan was to get foreign investors to throw billions into our real estate market only to tank the world economy and the foreigners would lose the land right back into the hands of the American public.

I bought a property from an Auction.com live event where Bank of America was the lender.

The downside is my 45k is nearly tapped out, using nearly 40 on this deal.I'm going to look at Finance of America and Lima one Capital once I receive a response from the seller.
