Once that truck put its anchor supports down, it cracked the cement along with other areas of the black top driveway. 

As time went by, we settled for no tile, hydraulic cement repairs and a troweled on finish coat which we kept scrupulously painted with a two part epoxy based product called "Mira-plate". this was done the first time after having sandblasted the entire pool.

Nearby is a Panera, Chipotle, and Starbucks.Currently there is a cement block building and 2 homes on the land (all owned by me).

We are racing to finish the cement work before the weather gets too cold and today we are finishing the flat work.This ground was purchased with nothing down at 0% interest for 24 months.

We haven't done any major construction other than re-pouring the cement in the basement in in '19 right when we bought the house. 

Make sure doors have door sweeps, bushes and trees trimmed away from touching structure, ac lines and pipes going into property are sealed (silicone or steel wool), and general holes into property need to be sealed (hydraulic cement is great for patching stone/cement and steel wool for everything else).Then to tackle the interior issues.

Redid all the drywall, added in unit laundry, updated kitchens/baths, some new windows as needed, redid cement in areas was broken and overall modernized property. 

Glue is heavy duty like rubber cement, just heat and pull old up, quick trowel of new glue and set replacement.
