Today is a big day for my project. We are racing to finish the cement work before the weather gets too cold and today we are finishing the flat work.

This ground was purchased with nothing down at 0% interest for 24 months. The seller was having a hard time selling the property and told me to do this project, they were fully aware of my plans.

To make it better I told them the only way I would do it is if you don't lien the property so I can use it for the construction loan and they agreed. The Future value is $3.2 million and at the end, I will be into it $2.1 Million including all financing.

The deals are out there, sometimes you just need to talk to people and see if you can create a win-win.
