well I don't like facebook and would never use it for business or linkden for that matter.. so that does not bother me.. the only red flag is I am a NMLS licensed mortgage banker and its federal law to have your NMLS and state license on your web pages.. so that's strange and a violation but other than that.the 3.5% I am sure is just starter adjustable conforming loans..

Then the person can take down the information and populate the CRM with it.If you're looking for automation, I think a webpage would be easy to implement - squeeze page collects whatever data you want > pushes info automatically to your CRM > organize leads in your CRM > send campaign out (email or post).

Is I simply google HML in that state.. who are domiciled there.. and if they have an NMLS # clearly denoted on their web page there is a high likely hood you will need an MLO to do your paper work and disclosures.

He does make a lot of good common sense, but depending on your expertise/experience, you may be able to leverage that as well.Also, unless you are have a library, don't both purchasing the RichDad/PoorDad book, just type "rich dad poor dad PDF" into Google and you will come up with the book and executive summaries web pages to get it for free!
