For VA home loan purposes, a veteran is a person who has served or is currently serving on active duty in the United States Military or Coast Guard and who was discharged or released from active duty under conditions other than dishonorable.

I am currently active duty military from the midwest.  

But if it were a client, I have a fiduciary duty to them that I take seriously.

I can either 1)move up to North Dakota(where I work) 2)drive up from NM or CO for my two weeks on duty 3) or quit. 

My client was in HI active duty military and was dealing with the US Bank call centers to get the loan completed.

Keep in mind that when container shipping is quoted, it is most often to the "port of entry" and then there may be customs duties, expediter fees, trucking to your site and then you have to figure out how to unload the components from the container in the two hour time window they give you.
