Focus on price versus competition and your weekly and monthly discounts.

Currently still favor the house rental for MTR and long term strategy in ABQ, but I don't think you generate any solid cash flow unless you can get a turnkey 2BR for under $250K.

Both are strategies, it just depends on what you’re looking for now versus what you’re looking for later.

Real estate is not the stock market and it's called buy & hold and not buy & sell for a reason.I did sell a few properties about 10 years ago when I learned the hard way that going into cheaper neighborhoods was not the right strategy for me, so that was basically a strategy correction and it was necessary, but also costly both in terms of dollars and time.

For an investor that is looking to create wealth and keep doing what they are doing this is a great strategy.  

Now, I’m ready to put those skills to work in real estate, building my own portfolio here in the U.S. and helping others around the world do the same.I’m particularly interested in BRRRR strategies and rentals, especially opportunities that appeal to international investors looking to invest in U.S. cities.
