I live in a rural city with a major tourist Summer scene.

Silverthorne I heard is thinking about regulating them like Denver but that might be because it is more of a "town" with locals vs. purely a tourist destination. 

However, legislating AirBNB out of business is a serious issue.Major tourist cities tend to be dominated by the political left.

There are some nice properties in PT that are still close enough to the tourist areas to still be attractive, and then there are the others.

We are located in Scottsdale Arizona and recently we have been having a huge influx of events and tourists coming in.

I want to know what is the best subdivision to buy in that is near Disney, Universal Studios, LegoLand, and other tourist attractions. 

The steady stream of cruise ship tourists bring the big tenants a huge amount of income in Old San Juan.
