construction loans are very convenient to use that are hard money style . is it going to be a stick built just smaller in size or an actual cabin ?

If you do install any Cadet heaters though, for the love of god please pair them with the manual knob-style thermostats - the Cadet electronic programmable thermostats are maybe the single worst product I've purchased in my renovating life, and were replaced almost immediately after installing them.Doors and Trim. 

The world starts to seem very small when you jump into a group and network of real estate investors, and everyone has their own style and ideas of what has or could lead to their success, however the world is much smaller when it comes to those that are doing this full time and have had rapid growth.
