I have a potential flip on the Southwest side, in Mount Greenwood, but can't decide if I should move forward with it.

My focus is SFR in the south and southwest burbs.

I only go for properties in the Southwest suburbs.

I see that Bethel is pretty far south west so these are both a hike, but still worth getting out there if you can.
