Hello, my name is Ernestine and I am a new real estate investor.  I am currently working on a Business Plan and am excited and nervous about new opportunities.  My main interests as far as real estate are multi-units, apartments, possibly wholesale and lease options.  I am not afraid of using a hammer, painting etc, so I am also interested in rehabs (in the range of $10K to 50K).  I did some cold calling today and every property I was interested in was already under contract.  If anyone can recommend a good real estate agent in the Philadelphia, PA  (mainly for North, Southwest, and West Philadelphia areas) and Chester, PA (Delaware County) areas, that would be great.  I will keep looking and researching, thank you!
