I'm not sure if I need @ you or just quote this, still learning lol.To answer your questions in order:- Yes a house is on the market for let's 100k and the wholesaler gets an offer accepted for 85k then while telling the agent/seller they are good to go on closing they may make excuses to delay the date not telling them that they are trying to find a buyer instead.

Hardwired and interconnected vs. solely battery operated depends on what municipality or police jurisdiction the property is in, the date of the requirements, the grandfathering rules, and the last time a permit was pulled, which would have probably eliminated grandfathering.

The county will use the date the building permit was pulled, and the MLS will use the date from the county record.

A FORMAL loan Mod done 9-16-2020 (But NOT recorded until 6-9-2022) reduced their rate to 3.375% to be REAMORTIZED over 360 Months.Looks like HUD took back a SUBORDINATE 2nd lien in the amount of $101,500 dated 9-16-2020 (Recorded 6-9-2022 at the same time as the Loan MOD was formally recorded)BUT they fell behind AGAIN so then another Loan Mod was done on 4-14-22 (recorded 7-15-2022) which reduced the Interest Rate lower to 3.125% to be REAMORIZED again over 360 Months.
