Apologies, but I have been soaking up amazing information from you guys and really I had nothing to post about so I figured I would refrain from registering until I had something post-worthy.

I am still trying to soak it all in.

The house was actually occupied by a very sad-looking addict who had made a habit of leaving blood-soaked cotton balls and bandages throughout the house.

I appreciate, to no end, those of you that I've soaked up heavy knowledge from over the past few months.On a small (so far) level, I do buy, fix and hold rental property, without leverage.I'm interested in moving into leverage utilization, and learning more about maximizing higher end renovations while avoiding over improvement.Glad to finally be a member (had a technical error preventing me for quite a while).

Typically 20 - 30 SE Michigan investors turn out for conversation and camaraderie which also plants the seeds for doing deals together.

Therefore, my short-term goals are to network here in the Orlando area and soak up as much information on the industry as possible.I came across the BiggerPockets forums via the podcast, which was a suggestion from a fellow BP newbie (Samuel Muñiz).

I have began listening to the podcasts as well as reading through the forums to soak up as much knowledge as I can get.  

Wife is out of town until tomorrow, but our general consensus on spec houses (and our own personal house) is a big glass/tile shower in the master along with a soaking tub or Jacuzzi tub in the master. 

Like planting seeds that come up later and bear fruit.

So I am here to soak up knowledge figure which trigger to pull and just stop blabbering about doing this and that in life and get down to the brass tax and do it.
