Hi BPers,

Liam here, long time listener, first time caller from Kansas City. I appreciate, to no end, those of you that I've soaked up heavy knowledge from over the past few months.

On a small (so far) level, I do buy, fix and hold rental property, without leverage.

I'm interested in moving into leverage utilization, and learning more about maximizing higher end renovations while avoiding over improvement.

Glad to finally be a member (had a technical error preventing me for quite a while). Look forward to being able to engage with this community now.
