The things that have helped my clients succeed the most were starting to write offers and moving on deals before the property you are selling closes.

With that being said, when we're looking at commercial properties there's a LOT more due diligence that goes on that many 'wholesalers' lack and a lot more moving pieces (ie. capital, lending, etc.). 

The property does have heated radiators through out each unit. everything is separated for each unit electricity, gas, and window units in each property.

When I was renting (mostly houses), one of the first things I did when moving in was re-key the locks, then provide the landlord with a copy of the key.

If you move out of state, are they coming with you or would they maybe want to move back into their house?

Somewhere along the way our society has moved to feeling centric vs thought centric. 

I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..   

It’s hard to fathom why they would give people like that 9 months and then force the landlord to pay for them to move and get storage on top of it too.
