Have any of you experience with adult employed roommates, not 18-21 year old students?

Even if you can't buy a multifamily, you could at least buy a home and rent out the extra bedrooms to roommates.

I'm looking for a roommate to share a SFR and the BP book advises collecting an entire month's rent for the Hold Fee.

In the event that you do put tenants/roommates in next year, THEN you can start looking at deductions. 

Sharing a unit with roommates will be the move.

I am currently House Hacking, so my roommates are covering my mortgage and then some, it took almost a full year to find my property of constantly searching, then took roughly five months to close! 

Just thinking I'd like to get rid of roommates sooner

Yeah... the girl was a little too touchy feely, and the roommate saw it... and when I put it in the text, nobody denied that I was lying or exaggerating because they knew I was right.
