I've been renting out my previous main residence and next year I plant to sell it.

Upon completion it will be the largest Fuel Cell Plant in the Country and poised to bring thousands of jobs.

I think the neighborhoods close to transit will be slightly more resilient that those further away, since you will be betting on the Bay Area (and access to SF) rather than Oakland remaining hot in its own right.  

There is a 115,000 barrel per day refinery in this town, along with an associated nitrogen fertilizer plant.

And if more families stay, our entire community will become more resilient to the larger economic issues impacting our city and state.

I have structural reports from 4 years ago that indicate that roots from trees planted against the house were damaging the house.

They offered to plant flowers but they advised me to get the flowers myself.

Close to the US Army Corps of Engineers, Point University, the Kia Plant, and Downtown West Point.Anybody know the West Point, GA housing market well?
