West Point, GA - Any insight on this rental market?
Hello BP Family,
I’ve been looking in a couple of areas in Georgia for a good, first start, buy and hold rental in a solid market. I started looking in West Point, GA as of recently. Close to the US Army Corps of Engineers, Point University, the Kia Plant, and Downtown West Point.
Anybody know the West Point, GA housing market well? Any investors in the West Point area? What are your thoughts?
Looking at some potential rental properties there!
