Use Real Estate By the Numbers as your guide, make sure it tracks the loan pay down and depreciation and have all of those numbers pour into a Schedule E.

Right now my real estate portfolio is not big enough to justify a Real Estate CPA or Tax Accountant yet. 

I like fitness and health and just like those two things, real estate investing is NOT a "one size fits all" solution.
