Networking - They say that you need a superstar team to work with and grow your portfolio and help others to build theirs. 

I think that they were just having a lot of growing pains last year, but they have ramped up and fine-tuned their customer service a ton. 

Working on my first deal currently and looking forward to growing a portfolio.

At the same time, I completely understand why this strategy is prioritized since the return of capital is believed to be necessary to grow a portfolio.

Those companies will die out and the emerging ones who lead with quality sourcing/underwriting & have real estate experts at the helm will grow the market in my opinion. 

Areas like Windermere and Lake Nona are seeing rapid growth in exclusive developments, offering luxury residences that combine nature and modernity.Palm Beach: This area is an icon of classic luxury.
