Hello! I'm Patience.

I'm new to real estate investing, focusing on the Central PA market. Currently, I'm diving into wholesaling as a way to generate revenue and build up the capital needed to take on my first fix-and-flip project. My goal is to leverage my wholesaling experience to learn the ins and outs of the industry, and eventually scale up into more complex investment strategies. I'm excited to connect with others in the real estate community and learn from those who have been through the journey!
