I asked a dozen times for someone to just walk me through 1 deal from start to close for a $15k product you would assume that a couple hours of one-on-one time would be included but it's not.

They guaranty the electric production and the system would be roughly $900/month on a 25 Year loan.

Seems a lot of people I work with are finding it hard to find a good off market property nowadays .

In researching this, it appears that the auto-conversion may be on a bank-by-bank basis, and would depend on the HELOC product you have chosen. 

It's a great strategy and the VA loan is a great product 

Quality product with full warranty is my preference.
