I'm curious what the gap was between closing and new tenant taking possession, was it less than 2 weeks? 

You can take possession of the premises, change the locks and screw getting the key back, just keep their deposit. 

Bought the house for 400k and sold for 900kThe house was purchased from an owner who had the house in there possession for over 6 decades!!

The bank took possession of the property from the borrower in January and it is being auctioned in April.I pulled the Docket and there are various liens including the mortgage, taxes, and child support.My question:  If I win the auction, will the child support lien from the foreclosed borrower stay on the title when I take ownership from the bank?

Offer to let her buy you out of the lease for the full deposit refund and one months rent, to be paid in full the same day as you surrender possession(cashiers check or money orders only).

Possession of a report does not equal right of use, and those granted permission to rely is not the same thing as the intended use, though it is easy to confuse that fine line.
