If we don't have one then we're technically supposed to treat that person as a customer and not a client, as the default relationship here is transaction broker which means we're not representing either side of a deal.

Is either person a possible repeat customer?

When you are selling or renting a residential home to a person, a couple, or a family there is so much more emotion about the location, the street, the flooring, the cabinets, the back yard, etc.If you have a great commercial space in a great location, you will find tenants.

Have a person as similar as possible to those you will be optioning land from (professionals, mom & pop, ranchers, etc.)
