In New Orleans, the court was very helpful and the process was very easy to completed by myself without the need for a lawyer.Now with that said, some areas have very cheap eviction lawyer services, which might be handy if you do not want the hassle of filing notices and appearing in court.  

By the way @Clint Galliano, I'm trying to find a house for me in New Orleans - in case you know anyone ;)  My daughter lives there and I'm in the Krewe of Nyx.

Would you tell folks in the Bahamas or Florida or new Orleans they shouldn't worry?

In New Orleans, 2-4 weeks after submitting plans you will have your permit (assuming no changes are required).

Jonwe have a cousin (originally from New Orleans) that moved to Austin TX & decided to open a Louisiana style restaurant in downtown Austin.

They spend upwards of 200 a week on rent at these places and I was thinking that maybe someone should think about these people.Lets take New Orleans for example.
