I would like to solicit feedback from both consumers and the pros on the feasibiltiy of buying a nice house near the beach near retail (I'm thinking NJ), then flipping it as quarter-share fractional interests at a premium.

Hi BP -- I have learned so much from this community so far, thanks so much to allI have a 3 family in a nice, A- area of Providence.

Some other structures, like a patio and propane tank, are even closer.

Fairview Park is nice as well and both have a decent amount of multi-family properties available at any given time so that's great advice!

That's a reliable strategy if you want to continue to work and retire comfortably with a nice sized nestegg.

Nice house, I like the window over the bathroom mirror.

It puts us a little behind at the beginning of each new year but honestly, I think it brings everyone back refreshed and more efficient when they do come back and we also take that time off so it's nice to know that I'm not ignoring emails from them.I've heard good things from other investors that have used Rocket Station and Hire Train VA to find theirs but I can't speak to that experience personally.
