What about restaurants, hair salons, the local flower shops where you want to pick flowers for tour wife on your way home from work, or the auto parts store where you have to go in and ask questions for guidance on what parts to buy for your repairs.

Focus on Macro education and research for now, when action time gets closer start narrowing that focus until action time and it's a laser pin-point focus. 

If pet hair is taking over the unit, that's something to watch for too.

Cat hair under refrigerator, in the heater vents, in the window slides, check all screens, etc., all warrant a deep cleaning, also not wear and tear and you can deduct for this. 

I understand that we had a mutual agreement to put blinds up in lieu of rent decrease to cover those costs early on in your lease, but it seems as though those blinds didn't stay with the property.We had to hire a cleaner to clean: the refrigerator (inside, on top of, and underneath), the inside of the oven, shelves in the kitchen cabinets, tile in the shower still had hairs on them, windows, and all of the hardwoods needed mopped.

Apparently, two prior tenants ago had a TON of animals/pets and the place was filthy - this is the same washer/dryer from that tenant, and so the tenant after experienced all these issues with the machine (probably because there was all kinds of animal hair, etc clogging things up).

Dogs leave hair behind, but (typically) don't damage anything **knocks on wood**.

If you need cash for it, YOU ask the city, or have the volunteers set out change donation boxes in every business in town--7-11, hair shops, Walmart, etc...Also big companies like Walmart might make donations if YOU contact them.In a nutshell, I'm saying a BIG Project needs a full time Vision Person to Steer it and spur it on when it stalls (which it will from time to time).
