Understanding NOI (where to pull numbers)
I'm a new agent and am currently working with an investor. My client wants me to calculate cap rate for a market area. I'm aware of the formula but my bigger question is where in the world do I pull numbers for NOI (Operating expenses such as insurance, property taxes, etc.). I'm seriously about ready to rip my hair out so any help is appreciated.
