You seem pretty educated in the field and can likely point out of a deal is good or not given the market conditions.

I was in property management in Jackson for about ten years before moving out of state for a career in education.

I'm specifically interested in learning how to land a pre-foreclosure deal, but I think I need a structured system for educating myself and have a teacher/mentor for support and to hold me accountable during the process.
