So, I'm wondering if I should just grab a property that has a decent cashflow, but in an area with little to no appreciation or continue to wait it out in an area that is more known to appreciate.

Sounds like it's a tech issue more than a room capacity one, and that so long as you show up a few minutes early to grab a seat it shouldn't be an issue.Unless someone else has better info to the contrary?
