This will impact the rents on your current home when you move to house hack.I believe the MTR/STR market in San Diego has suffered similar impacts as many other STR markets resulting from the fed trying to slow the economy.  

In our opinion, this doesn’t result in a viable income amount or analyze income stability.

I've done it, but it is extremely labor intensive, and as a result - expensive.

They can offer fast results with relatively predictable returns.

I finally took the plunge and have become a real estate professional.

For example, one house the seller - a guy who inherited the house - stole all the appliances before closing, and when we showed up to do the final walk through they were gone.

It is something I believe will help me finally get that coveted first deal and first paycheck.
